By placing an order with OkaneBaby, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Due to the preorder and limited-release nature of our products, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Preorder Processing & Dispatch

Most OkaneBaby products are sold on a preorder basis.

Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks for production, processing, and dispatch after your order is placed.

During periods of high demand, limited releases, or unexpected production delays, processing times may extend beyond estimated timeframes.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these potential delays.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

After dispatch:

• Australian orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days
• International delivery times vary depending on location and carrier

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

OkaneBaby is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Couriers
• Customs processing
• Weather disruptions
• Carrier backlogs
• Incorrect address information
• Events outside our control

High Demand & Limited Drops

During major releases, promotional periods, or high order volume, processing and shipping times may be significantly extended.

Delays during these periods do not qualify for:

• Order cancellations
• Chargebacks
• Refunds

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.

OkaneBaby is not responsible for lost, delayed, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

OkaneBaby is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delayed deliveries
• Incorrect delivery by the courier
• Packages marked as delivered but not received

Any shipping issues after dispatch must be resolved directly with the courier service.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country.

OkaneBaby is not responsible for these fees.

Failure to pay customs charges does not qualify for a refund.

Shipping Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for accepted preorder processing times, shipping delays, or carrier-related issues may be considered a violation of these terms.

OkaneBaby reserves the right to dispute chargebacks using order confirmations, tracking information, and dispatch records.
