These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through OkaneBaby (“OkaneBaby”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. General

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will not use our products or services for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Products & Availability

Many OkaneBaby products are released in limited quantities and may be preorder-based.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased
• Modify or discontinue products
• Update pricing without notice
• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing processes.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

Orders are only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders involving:

• Suspected fraud
• Chargeback risk
• Pricing errors
• Abuse of policies
• Resale or bulk-buying behaviour

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Preorders

Many releases are sold as preorders.

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge that:

• Production and shipping may take approximately 3–5 weeks or longer
• Timeframes are estimates only
• Delays may occur due to manufacturing, shipping carriers, customs, or high demand

Preorder delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier and customer.

OkaneBaby is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Lost or stolen packages
• Incorrect delivery information
• Customs delays
• Packages marked as delivered

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Delayed delivery
• Dissatisfaction with fit, material, or style

Refunds or replacements are only considered if:

• You receive a defective item, or
• You receive the wrong item due to our error

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

• Logos
• Graphics
• Product designs
• Images
• Videos
• Branding
• Written content

is the property of OkaneBaby and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with website security
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse refund, dispute, or chargeback systems
• Use automated systems to access the website

We reserve the right to terminate access or cancel orders for violations of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, OkaneBaby is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business losses
• Delays outside our control
• Carrier-related delivery issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon posting to the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
