At OkaneBaby, many of our products are released in limited quantities and produced through preorder-based drops. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

Due to the limited nature of our releases, all sales are considered final.

However, if you receive a defective item or an incorrect item due to our error, we’re here to help.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund to your original payment method

What Is Not Eligible for Refund or Return

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Dissatisfaction with fit, material, or style
  • Shipping delays outside our control
  • Failure to review product descriptions or sizing guides

All sale items, discounted items, and promotional purchases are final sale.

Return Conditions (If Approved)

If your return is approved:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Items must be returned in resale condition

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, or alteration may be rejected.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as OkaneBaby is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days
  • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future purchases in cases of policy abuse, excessive disputes, fraudulent activity, or chargebacks.
